The total plot of York Cottage measures a total of 2.14 acres mainly laid to grass as you can see from the aerial view. We viewed this as a blank canvas for us to slowly change to a mixure of specimen trees, meadow and woodland. Unfortunately we know that trees take so long to mature that we will only see the spring time of our efforts and the next owners will get the full benefit of our labours.
